Order any time, but please note the shipping seasons. Customers who call to pickup their orders at the nursery pay no shipping fees. ORDER BY MAIL, PHONE, OR VISIT OUR WEBSITE Payment with order.We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and INTERAC. Please use cheques payable to Ferncliff Gardens. We process your credit card when we receive your order. NO C.O.D. orders.

SALES TAX:

B.C. customers please add the Provincial 7% S.S Tax and 5% G.S.T.

H.S.T TAX:

Ont., N.B., NFLD., customers add 13% H.S.T and N.S. customers add 15% H.S.T

G.S.T.

Please ensure Federal 5% G.S.T is added in all other provinces.

SHIPPING FEE:

We do charge a fee for every order Shipped within Canada & U.S.A.

UP to $90.00- $27.95

$90.01 - $125.00- $34.95

$125.01 - $175.00- $42.95

$175.01 and over- $50.00

This fee applies to each "ship to" address, but excludes pick-up orders. 

MINIMUM ORDER:

Canada Orders: $50.00 is the Minimum order value.

U.S. Orders: $200.00 is the Minimum order value.

GUARANTEE:

We guarantee our stock to be true to name and in good growing condition. Let us know if it is not and we will gladly replace. We must be informed by August 1.

SUBSTITUTES:

Because of scarcity of certain varieties, we reserve the right to substitute when these become sold out, unless not to do so. We carefully select varieties which have at least equal, usually greater value. List alternative choices. Check website for "sold outs"

U.S. ORDERS:

Our preferred method of payment is by credit card. If paying by Visa, or Mastercard your charge card company will adjust the exchange rate accordingly on your statement. Please add $200.00 to your order for the New Brokerage and Handling Fees and the Canadian Agriculture Inspection Fee.
